For those who want one ... well not sure how well it would ship..

I just made some bread and muffins using one of my zucchinis. This one zuke yielded close to 7 cups of shredded zuke! Now I need to dig into the recipes and figure what next .

could you pickle zucchini? might be some interesting ways to do that.

 

you could pre shred it nd freeze it to have zuchinni muffins, bread, ect all winter?

 

When all else fails, FRY IT!!!!!
batter or cornmeal and FRY those babies!!!!!

Those and Fried Green Tomatoes will make me want to smack my mama!!!!!!! YUM
