We're going back for our second time, never dipped into the lifestyle thing. Interesting idea and lots of thoughts.
We've been married for 22 yrs also in our 40s and if you like to drink meet people or sit back. Aren't worried about seeing some beautiful breasts, the odd meat stick and a lot of fun and funny games going on then book today. We are there 17 sept come join us.
it's not at all what some people might be worried about. But I will say the atmosphere had us doing a lot of calorie burning!:clappyinghappy:

Just guage when you want to go (there's no particularly "better" time, but don't go in March, but any other time is fantastic. Make sure you find people on here going at approximately the same time as when you are going, or put up when you are thinking of going and just ask folks in a thread, or watch the Roll Call threads yourself and guage who vs. when.

Then, jump on in!

You'd never know it by my writing on here, but I'm sort of like Lenni, of Lenni and Jodi (Canadians). Really very conservative, and sort of standoffish in person, but have the ability to relax and have fun at TTR!

I'll introduce your husband to Tiger or Damon (bartenders) and we'll have a few Wet Pussy shots and get a bit loosened up.

We have never been to an adults only resort either and I think we are booking TTR the first or second week of March. Have been lurking on here for about a month and it seems like we would enjoy it. We are a bit on the conservative side professionally but definitely have a wild streak. I can already say looking around the web for some new attire for my wife has been exciting.

 

I think you take the leap, hubby and jump too. Have fun, forget Sandal resorts. It's a nice change and not as extreme as Hedo. 18 trip to TTR. We have also done Hedo and prefer Temptations.

You will really enjoy TTR. Your the Female half of the couple and if you are "interested" then your 99% there. On all of our trips to Hedo and/or Breezes Grand, its ALWAYS the woman who complainned about too much sexually activity or drug use. (I have never heard a man say "If I see one more boob, I am going to throw up".)

Well at TTR you don't have that to worry about, there are no public sex acts at TTR (unless you are looking). To be honest TTR is kinda like a Holiday Inn with Hooters. A few naughty games that might involve nudity , but thats it.
The folks are TTR are a little younger than Hedo, but are really much more attractive. Its not Grandma and Grandpa gone wild. (my wife used to get really upset when she heard that description)

And the price: well Cancun is has a much nicer airport than Montego bay. The airfare is normally a bit cheaper. TTR is 15 minutes from the airport. Use USA Transfers and they won't make 4 stops before you resort . (like JTL in Jamaica).
TTR itself is 1at least $150 a day cheaper than Hedo. If you want to get a case of impotency, just let one of the Jamaica women "frisk" you at MBJ !!!!

I think everyone is kinda of "ifffy" about booking any resort that has any type of nudity or topless areas. You don't really know how you or your spouse is going to react. after your there 30 minutes, its no big deal.

 

This will be our 4th trip traveling together to cancun. The 1st 2 trips I saw Temptation on the list but kept thinking it might be a lil too crazy for me. So we ended up in a family resort (which sucked with so many kids around) then a bit of a boring but posh adults only resort. Then finally I decided let's give Temptation a try. I LOVED it. The only bad thing was it took us too long to give it a try. You will become addicted.

 

We were newbies last year too, and unsure what to expect.

My girlfriend was worried about going, so were some of the others we went with.

Its spring break for adults, you will see all kinds of things.
Go with a very open mind, dont be afraid to try new things, just stay in your comfort zone. People will respect that.
We are "life style friendly" and had a super blast there. 2 days after returning we started talking and planning our next trip.
