Started last week, officially! I have been going a few times a week, but last week started my 4-5 days a week training!! Free weights, then cardio and abs each day!! Im going to be ready in march, no question about that!!
i play enough football to keep me in some sort of shape. I'm training for vegas in 6 weeks though..so I've got to pick up the cardio from here on in.
gotta do loads of cardio right now as i'm super unfit from being injured the last month! once i start new job i'll be able to hit the gym on a more regular basis which is all good, need to get an eating plan sorted out too coz at the moment i eat crap all day long! i'm pretty ready now, should be good by march
Im similar just got no drive... i'm quite lucky to have the kinda body that reacts fairly quickly i mean i've lost a stone in about 2 weeks by doing nothing lol.... But I did put a stone on the same way lol i guess my body just wanted rid of the excess i'd put on
Ya, my eating routine will start soon! Good healthy cereal and a piece of toast for breakfast. Chicken and rice for lunch, and either salad or tuna for dinner. Lots of protein!!
My wife and I work out 5 days a week. She is more cardio. I do free weights, then abs, then finally cardio. This is each day. Really sucks. I hate it, but I like the results. I guess if it was fun or easy, everyone would be doing it.
still exercising, running, yoga, ballet and total body condition, and i still cant get any muscle, whats wrong with me?
Yeah - scrap my good intentions too. I've just ate a curry for lunch and a family bag of skittles as desert. I'm off to Dublin for two days of drinking tomorrow. On he sunday i get back I'm at a house party then on the monday i'm out in the pub all day again. I'll start again next week.
