i dont mess w/ saunas unless i need to cut weight before one of my jiujitsu or mma fights...it all just ends up right back where it came from anyway lol......but my workouts have been decent, actully starting up at a new gym this friday so Im pretty pumped about that.....after that I'll probbaly start at 3 times a week as well work my way up to 5, and maybe even 6 or 7 down the homestretch
Speaking of smooth skins, once a asked a stripper how many times a day she lotions herself. She said 3-4 times.
lifting beer to mouth is all the workout you need!! have knackered my foot so can't do too much in the gym, not that i can really be arsed to go anyway, just a waste of 50 quid a month at the moment haha once foot is better, will have to find a good workout/drinking balance
