Well, mine hasn’t been as good as I would like it to be! Only hitting up the gym 3 days a week. But, next week I plan on starting it hardcore, 5 days a week until cancun……………… plus some major cardio!! What about you guys and gals, starting to work on those bodies??
monday, i have running for 30 mins then i have ballet class tuesday, like you told me before, i am doing the total body condition class which is really nice but and i get so much work out. wednesday i run for 40 mins and then go up the stairs for 30 mins thursday same thing friday i'm very lazy so yoga on friday saturday i run for 40mins sunday the same thing.. i just love to run without any excuse, rain or snow i will just run.. but i dont run fast, it's easier to run in very balance speed.. i defintely love my classes.. thanks jasonie for the tips.
exercise is good for the skin. it makes u rejuvenate, after exercise for 1 hour then go get urself a nice sauna treatment at the gym, most gym will provide this.. and u will have glowing skin for the whole day.
sauna helps you lose weight also.................. depending how long you stay in there. Not that I need to lose weight, but............ it helps! Also makes you feel good!
and you will have smoothie skin.. ask the bear for result.. hahah~~ well, i dont stay in the sauna that much, i only stay there for like 5-10 minutes but not everyday, it's gonna kill me if i go there everyday, most of the time i will do like 2-3 times a week.. how many minutes do u do jasonie? sorry, i was about to ask mins jasonie.
jasonie must have smoothie skin too, ah, let me touch it next time to compare who has more smoothie skin.. how long do you usually stay in the sauna?
