OK Jamie...I'll be looking to see when you two are booked next May. Actually you were due to arrive the day we left last year...and from all accounts we noticed that you tend to be the life of the party every year!
I guess not everyone is easy to recognise from profile pics - we didn't have a problem because we are quite recognisable from main profile pic. People who I didn't even speak to beforehand recognised us. I will always check out for anybody with an orange bracelet and make sure they feel welcome :aktion030:
Last time we went was March 2011. Looks the same. I was just there, but stayed next door with my son, in june. So we walked thru to go to the beach. Or use the atm. They really need to make some major changes. But maybe since Mt. Issa sold off a few properties and bought the land for Breezes, and I think Hedo, he will make some positive changes. Haven't tried N yet, but it looks awesome. Is it a party place yet, or is it still on the quieter side?? Fantasy Resort looks really nice too. So many place to see.. Negril holds my heart though.
Sorry to butt right in but I'm curious what exactly is the new "N" resort ? I'll likely kick myself when u tell me but I can't think of what ur refering too. Tanx,Ken
N Resort Ken...for those of us who prefer "clothing optional" N Resort is in Jamaica between Montego Bay and Ocho Rios. It is a small (120 rooms) Nudist Resort that opened about a year and a half ago. The rooms, grounds, and food are supposed to be excellent. It is said to be on the quiet side and not necessarily a lifestyler/swingers resort like Hedo or Temptations, Desire and some of the other resorts draw. We have been wanting to check it out as a resort to meet up with a group of "friends" or just enjoy the nudist lifestyle on vaca. Just google N Resort Jamaica to check it out.
N Resort is billed as quieter...but castaways travel promotes all the clothing optional resorts around the globe for nudists and lifestylers and have promoted it since it opened. If we do book it will be during a resort takeover of the party crowd most likely. Mine too! Negril 7 mile beach can't be beat...for those of us who travel frequently...the islands that don't offer all inclusive are for special family vacations etc. and tend to be few and far between. ....and I must add that Jamaicans really understand how important the tourist industry is and are such gracious hosts! We haven't tried Fantasy either....but Puerto Vallarta is a beautiful area as well.
I'm guessing you'll be easy to spot! And I didn't have any problem with people finding me last year, but everyone knew I had no idea who I was talking too!

I will share one thing I notice about this site compared to some others...won't name. Before one of our trips to Hedo in Jamaica we switched from H3 to H2 and talked to several couples going the same week in a forum similar to this one. We were shocked at the difference of some of the profile pics and the actual people we met. Not that they had not posted pics of themselves. But they had posted pics of themselves at age 18 to 20 before they had been married 10-15 years and before they had 3 kids. Totally unrecognizable! All I could think was seriously? Come on...we all come in different ages, sizes and shapes. People accept people for who they are at these resorts. EVERYONE has a great time from what I can tell. It's vacation! My favorite quote on a forum of what to expect at a clothing optional resort is this: "Go to the local Wal-Mart on a Saturday afternoon...look at the crowd...and picture everyone naked!" That's who is at these resorts. So True! I will say this though...."people on vacation tend to be in a "happy state of mind" which makes ALL the difference!
