Answering the original questions... We have been to the bars in the hotel zone Cancun several times over the years. Although it has been about two years as we stopped going due to some of the violence concerns (not on tourists, just worry about crossfire type of stuff, just our choice, understand others may still go). Anyway, there really wasn’t much of any dress code. If you wanted to pay money and drink then they would let you in. Now of course we didn’t see any walking penises. Plenty of walking dicks as Jen tends to attract them but no walking penises
