I couldn't really answer that 100% Eivissa - the official Be Live site is based out of Spain which is obviously part of Europe and Europe is included in the list of regions where sales are prohibited by the court order, as are the US and Canada. The Be Live group are almost certainly flaunting the court order because they disagree with it, but who's to say the Oasis group wont win the case before March and refuse to honor bookings made from Be Live. It's your call and your risk. The only 100% thing I can say is that Mexican providers are not subject to the court order as it stands and therefore whatever happens between now and Spring Break bookings made through Mexican providers seem likely to be unaffected. Did you check out the prices with Best Day a Mexican provider? They also have a huge discount of 50% for trips booked before Dec 16 - Here's the link
Thank you for the link, I've checked it out but my dates aren't available I think I'll go with ME Cancun instead, it's the only other one I've heard to be as fun as Oasis..
ME and Oasis have totally different vibe. Oasis is a crappy hotel filled with out of control young people. A lot of fun but your toilet and shower may not work and you may get food poisoned. ME on the other hand is really trendy and upscale. People staying there are a little older and wealthier (ME crowd are more like clubbers whereas Oasis crowd are more like frat boys and sorority girls). You may not find any wet tshirt contests at ME but there is an adult pool. The biggest downside is there is no balcony for regular guest rooms at ME.
Thanks for the tip, I think ME is the right choice. I don't know what is going on but I'm finding reeeeally good prices on Expedia, otherwise I would have never thought about going to ME. Like Hotetur would be my #2 if prices go up. There is a huge gap between those 2 lol. Too bad for the balcony...
I stayed @ the hotetur the past 2 years & loved it.. but this year we are staying @ the ME for a change of pace.. the prices are amazing & it seems more my style.. being as im 23 and a lil older then the typical 18yr old spring breaker.
Maybe I will have to stay at Krystal like I did last year. It wasn't exactly luxury but the location was awesome and there were quite a few young people...I really had my heart set on Oasis
