I've gotten MS to New England in 4 days from when the order was placed. Granted I paid for expedited shipping. I looked at my WW history, 25 orders, one order took 3 weeks, the rest were all under 2. The hold up in that case was customs in LA. Your experience is not typical.
I ordered 4 from ms and 1 from berry dog I just couldn't justify paying the same for 2 ww. I will keep watching ebay just in case but at this point I have 5 skimpy suits and a couple of scrunch butts in case I'm shy.
Baby J has several from WW and MS. Personally I don't care where they are from. I love watching her walking around in all of them!!
