Out of STL, airfare is almost double what it was last year :?: What is going on? Any ideas, or any expected changes coming up? Not only are fares high, the seats may or may not be available.
if you were just looking over the past couple days, then yes they'd be higher.... It's a holiday, people are home and ready to spend money. I would bet they will be considerably lower early next week. When are you looking to travel?
If you really want something to complain about, start buying air tickets for travel WITHIN Mexico. Talk about getting fleeced.
I have been looking at airfares for a month or so now, for travel in April/May. I booked my Feb airfare a couple of months ago, and am glad I did.
