then you sign it again, and off it goes

 

But do you have to physically swear to them? Or just sign

 

they say 'Do you swear that all information on this application is correct?' and then as the applicant you say either 'I do' or 'I do not' and make the corrections.

 

Oh really. They don't ask us we just sign it before we get there..

 

that's like a take home test.

Yeah I got mine. And boy is my picture brutal. You can't smile, can't wear earrings, ( they may reflect int he picture, showing a glare) :? And you have to show your ears..Sheeeeesh

 

I saw my picture on the application today.

I look like I fell out of a moving car, face first.

but it's on there.... and looks pretty much like me, so I'll be checking the mailbox.
