anybody get the ole Tennis Elbow, i hate it; its mainly on my right elbow. I take glucosamine with chondrotin for my joints....thanks to the no good spotter PRO BODYBUILDER i used to work out with my joints are shot.
not to sure about tennis elbow but i couldn't curl heavy weight for a while because of stessed tendons running the length of my forearms. i had to lay off my arms for a good 2 weeks and go very light high reps for about a month. it worked, the tendons got stronger and i haven't had a problem with it since. i got this problem from curling heavy on the preacher, its not always smart to go too heavy
Yeah I couldnt find Rep number 2 on that day and it was resting on my chest I could feel it pushing the air out of my lungs luckily enough I was using a short Bar-bell and quick release end stops, I managed to tilt it to the right and after a huge clatter the bar shot to the left and I could breathe again lol. edit, i reread my own post and realize how condescending they come out. im sorry basically what i was trying to say that you cant blame a spotter if you get injured. using less weight is always a better choice and if you have good form you can build bigger and better muscles rather than trying to play with wieghts that are too heavy. as for your personality, thats great to meet someone like you. you have a lot of confidence and that can only mean good things
P H I L A D E L P H- everyones techniques produce different results for different people, hell look at the hydroxy-cut and trim spa-scam..However when it comes to lifting heavy weights we all know it helps you produce a bulkier look and lighter weights with high repititions help you to produce that most sought after lean look. I can blame a no good spotter who is there to do exactly that spot me when I start to struggle.. because I got exhausted. I can to blame a no god spotter whos gazing off in space looking at that hot gurl get off the treadmill, or eliptical machine, for my injurys sustained in the past. However past is the past and you learn from it. Thats why I now train solo, and train smart.

Its nice to have a goal for holidays - but I say if you look like you are enjoying yourself and are fun to be with - you will attract people to your party. I totally agree with Lisa! People never believe it but 50% of attracting people is personality. Amen to big girl with nice racks
