adam, was is it that you are cycling? nothing except mabye some test, deca, and dbol is going to get you 20lbs in 10 weeks.
another thing, not to dishearten you but at 215, eating only 3500-4000 calories and day and working out (ie burning calories) you aren't going to gain 20lbs. you would need at least 5000-6000 calories, if not more. if anything you may stay around the same weight but change your body comp. by turning fat into muscle.
