    Agreed Jason. I have to admit even when I was single the last thing I use to think about when working out is 'Hey girls will like me more' I do it because I want to look that way and if girls like it they do and if not they dont.

    Am lovvin all the workout tips!!!

    Jen and I texted one another all weekend with our workout tips - eat chocolate whilst sitting watching TV!!!! Ha ha!!!!!

    Not gonna worry too much about not being in shape - have always been a big girl - but ive got a big rack - so normally can still pull!!!!!

    adam, was is it that you are cycling? nothing except mabye some test, deca, and dbol is going to get you 20lbs in 10 weeks.

    another thing, not to dishearten you but at 215, eating only 3500-4000 calories and day and working out (ie burning calories) you aren't going to gain 20lbs. you would need at least 5000-6000 calories, if not more. if anything you may stay around the same weight but change your body comp. by turning fat into muscle.
