I've just started a 10 week cycle so if I do go Cancun I'm not going to be ripped at all, at the moment im 215 this cycle should add about 20lbs of which around 5lb will be water retention so I'm hoping to hit 230 by about mid march. Diet at the moment is 3500-4000 (Clean) Kcals which breaks down to 500g/320g/60g Carbs/Protein/Fat. Split is 2 on 1 off 3 on 1 off. This is the first year I have ever done a proper bulking diet, other years I tried adding lean mass while cutting and well... as we all know this isn't a good idea. For cardio I have started my MMA trainning again 2 hours of Vale Tudo and 2 hours of BJJ a week, thats enough as im bulking. Yeah so this year im going to look bulky pretty much all year and I will be doing a 2nd cycle come June so fingers crossed Ill be a ripped 235-240 next year, im 6'2 so I should be able to carry this off alright. i finally seem to be gaining weight ive upped my Kcal intake by 1000 a day with help of supplements and just well eating more lol and it really seems to be doing the job i think time is against me for cancun tho so ill still look a skinny toned fool but progress is progress :lol:
Nice one mate, I take it you're a hard gainer then? Its cool when you see progress. I have always been an in betweener. I don't put on mass particularly easy yet I'm not naturally lean, so I have to bust my ass to put on a few lbs and bust my ass to lose a few, I have the worst of both worlds lol. Bye Adam
Yes really fast motabolism the progain seems to have done good for me. i was makeing a mistake before of doing allot of cardio such as swimming which wasnt helping my cause. im really toned around 3% body fat but i really want mass im at only around 170lbs and im 6foot
170lb @ 3% bodyfat isnt that bad mate, atleast it shows that pretty much all your BMI is muscle. 3% is very very low. most people can get away with up to 10% and still be showing a full set of abs. My BF was 11% last time I checked but at the end of my cycle I expect it to be higher. Keep up the good work dude. Bye Adam
