i went body combat today.. almost stayed in bed then remembered im carring around aload of mince pie lard on my hips :roll: it was fun!

try weighted situps on the incline, full range. you will get them bottom two to show (depending on fat levels but if you have the top 4 showing, the bottom two will be no problem). leg lifts and things like that don't work. think about it, nearly everyone does them yet not nearly anyone has a full 6 pack. it is a garbage excersize for house wives.

I just ate two 10 inch sloppy joes. My objective is to always gain weight. I'm naturally lean so I get in all the beef I can. Later I'll hit the gym to make sure it ends up in the right spots. I've been living off tuna, beef, salmon, chicken, eggs, and steak along with rice and oatmeal or mac and cheese. still got the 6 pack
im dieting, im going to be eating pizza only with green peppers and onions for the next two months instead of sausage and pepperoni. ( think crust if anybody is curious) I want to lose some weight. and im going to be riding my bicyle instead of using my car for delivering pizzas.
i imagine a guy at his computer laughing hysterically at his own jokes about pizza. its very sad not in any way funny.
