I started hitting the gym 2 weeks ago.
Monday - Legs
Tuesday - Arms and Abs
Thursday - Back - Abs
Friday - Chest
I do a little Cardio Everyday - but trying to gain some mass so i don't do too much cardio.
Taking Supplements Protein, Creatine, MultiVitamins.
Eating lots of Chicken and Salads and Drinking lots of Milkshakes.
chicken is the best food ever, NANDOS rules!!
Sugar is the enemy...... but I LOVE the enemy, haha.
Claire, I actually do eat celery for lunch but usually then go home and have cake or ice-cream and kinda undo anything good I try anyway, lol :lol:. And before anyone says anything, the only reason I don't eat much during the day because it makes me fall asleep, so I eat at night when I'm home and falling asleep doesn't matter. I can't even eat breakfast :cry:
They celery has nothing really in it, and no real nutitional value other than water?
Maybe eat it with peanut butter?
The only reason I eat it or similar things is to get people off my back for not eating anything. I hate falling asleep after eating proper food, I have a piece of bread or cereal and I can pretty much write that morning/afternoon off to fighting sleep.
You have to eat something..you can't jjst eat celery missy!
I more then make up for it when I get home from work believe me
I've really let myself slip on the health front i have like 6 weeks exactly and Im not in great shape any ideas?
