Terry[/quote] We are scheduled to get there at 3:15 pm. I checked the seating today and our seats are not confirmed. Yesterday they were and only about 10 or less seats empty. I called and they said no flights were cancelled, and they did not predict any flights to be canceled. They were looking at changing planes as to the reason for no seats confirmed. They said to call back tomorrow or the next day. I am sure they are dealing with issues as well and all will be fine. Two years ago we did not have confirmed seats and I did not understand until we were to depart fom DFW. They had over booked the flight and there were 10 of us that were not on the flight. We were very lucky and they called us to board. They had room for 2 people, 1 in first class and one in the other. Of course I was the nice person and said to my wife that has not traveled much at all, would you like the first class saet and she said ok. I found my seat between 2 400 pound people and was smashed for 2 1/2 hours. Then as we arrived my wife said "The wide seats were so nice and did you enjoy the hot nuts, I got a second order, man it was wonderfulf". My reply was not nice as I said FXXk YXU. She did not know the difference, yet when you are smashed between to extra large peope for over 2 1/2 hous, you can understand. She did laugh her ass off later when she figured it out. Don
We are still going as long as Delta doesn't cancel on us. We are continuing as if all is well. Unless some major changes pop up, the planes stop flying, or one of our employers steps in we will be there on the 14th. The tshirt is a great idea. See you at the pool. Dale
We will be there!! Since DavenRose cancelled, we are now closer to the front of the plane too instead of in the back!! Sorry you guys, but thanks for the seats! Maybe we can get together closer to home sometime.
