That's what I figured. But Riki and Ian already book. I'm thinking Planet Hollywood/MGM/Monte Carlo. Those are all really close (5-10 min walk) to Excalibur.

They don't sell via most travel sites. Since you can only find it at a few sites, it's hard to find deals. I've only seen it on hotel.com and hard rock's own website and somewhere else (I forgot exactly where). Right now it's $430/night at hotel.com and their own website. Yikes.
