We travelled with them on a near-sold out week at the end of March and everything was absolutely fine. I'd use them again.

HannahMac, we have found GREAT deals through ORbitz right now in October. I would check them out before booking through alpharooms - the prices right now can't be beat!
We just booked our 5 night stay in Sept through Alpha rooms 625.00 best deal we could find anywhere...it may be possible to get a better rate if booking flight and room together but we had points for our flight
We just got back last night and are thinking end of sept, oct or 1st week nov. We used alpharooms for our end April / begin may trip at $130 night. Will compare alpharooms and orbitz for those timeframes to see what is best.
If you need to contact them , friend them on FB. They answer almost immediately. Remember they close around 10am phx time for the day so early am the best to get service, If you use the $10 down they will automatically charge the balance due 4 weeks out. Easier to pay early. Yes. Contact cc company and tell them to expect charge. I travel to Mexico 2-3 time a year and they still try t block charges without talking to me. Always book cheapest room. It really dosent matter where you are in resort. And unless it's April or may there will be plenty of rooms to choose from if you don't like the one they gave you. It takes several days for them to answer If you use the manage my booking feature on their website. But they do answer. Facebook away better If you use the $10 special and cancel they charge you the balance up to the normal 20% fee. There used to be a charge to use CC that varied depending on card but I heard they waived it recently They send you a confirmation of Itinerary when you book HOWEVER you will not get the travel Voucher until you pay in full. Being a large UK wholesaler they book party trips all over Mexico and europe and have a large nUmber of cancellations and intinerary changes so that's why they do things the way they do. Booked through them 6 trips plus next week and this October. Not one issue so far Frank Hope this helps
Just got back on Saturday and we used them (THROUGH THIS SITE...WINK WINK STEVE) and we booked a seaview room. Now I know the difference. The seaview room was almost and oceanview. We had a few palm tree branches which slightly blocked our view. Stayed above Patty O's 2313 for the first time and as long as I was drinking....noize factor was not an issue. The night before we came home - different story as we took it kind of easy. Really quite convenient to everything at the resort! We are from the US and had no problem with them.
