Bring back the sexy pool night time party! That was always a blast!

 

We LOVE the DJ Pool party during the day at the Sexy pool on Saturdays. We appreciate that it is a real DJ that plays EDM / Club music that really gets the party going. Other days there is the mix tape with cutoff songs that doesn't really get the party going. Saturday the music is fresh and young and gets people dancing in the pool. The hip vibe on Saturdays at the Sexy Pool is what Temptation Resort should represent... sexy, sensual, inviting and fun. By the way the nighttime DJ at Pearl (forget his name, short, skinny) was great, always mixing up the music.

We are looking forward to the Oktoberfest party with the group we have on here, Octoberbreast http://www.cancuncare.com/forum/temptation-resort-cancun/27042-octoberbreast-official-group-142.html . We hope that includes some German beer variations if only for a couple hours. Maybe a little German music one night. The Celtic games sound like fun.

As for new themes or what we imagine would be a great theme is sheer night in the Cigar Lounge. That space is so under utilized but so nice. To get in all attendees must be wearing sheer (see thru and or holes, etc.) sexy wear. Have a real DJ and a bar tender or two up there. Set mood lighting with the great lighting system you have in the Cigar Lounge. Pick a night of the week where the resort is typically not as populated (sunday or monday night?) to ensure you have enough space and encourage people to book for those less busy nights. It brings everyone together who embraces the hip vibe in their sexy sheer wear. We think it would be a win for the resort and a win for the guests.

If the cost is an issue then you could call it Premier Preview Sheer night. Use the same concept as above but add Premier liquor and cordials (NOTE this must include Grey Goose vodka and sugar free red bull, that is all I ask for sharing the idea) and charge $5 USD a person. I think people would be willing to pay the small price for a special night in the lounge with premier liquors. Of course anything is better free but just a thought to add that last piece if cost is in fact an issue. And of course Premier members would be free. Of course this could be two separate events. One that is just sheer night in the lounge, the other being the Premier Preview night.

And last but not least, what we really would like to see is a real hot tub added somewhere. With such a great resort the missing hot tub really seems to be a huge gap. The tiny one on the roof of the sexy pool restrooms doesn't count. The perfect spot would be in the grassy area between the sexy pool and the 3000 block rooms. Those rooms are loud already from the nightlife at Paty O's.

• New Sports equipment - including more paddle boards, new windsurfing board and new paddles for the kayaks. We use this equipment daily as we like to take a rest from the sexy pool party
• More DJ days at the pool - nice to give a break to the entertainment staff and keep the party going into the late afternoon
• Naked Tequila Volleyball - nice to have a game where 16-20 people can get involved in - expand this to 2-days a week!
• The outdoor grill + buffet around the pool is fun and great change of pace to the food
• Can you have the music turned up at Paty'O's when doing events around the pool - the crowd splits right after the show and Paty'Os should have music.
• We like lingerie/Casino night but it goes by too quickly, too many people, not enough casino tables! Extend the time and enforce the dress code.
• Change up the late night menu by offering grilled sandwiches & pizza -

 

Our favorites: lingerie night (LOVE the idea of adding an "Eyes Wide Shut", mask twist to it!), naked tequila volleyball, afternoon poolside DJ

Suggestions:
1. Please have the PatyO's DJ take requests. It's insulting when he ignores our requests--especially when there's no one on the dance floor.

2. Sell theme wear in your gift shop. You'd make a fortune off couples who didn't know or understand the theme ideas ahead of time but decide they want to participate once they get to Mexico.

3. Change up the daily games. The couples contests, iron man/woman, Mr. and Mrs. Temptation have the same challenges every time. It gets too predictable.

4. For the daily games, try a couple that require large group team competitions, like scavenger hunts, relay contests, tug of war, group salsa dancing, etc. so people who aren't comfortable in front of crowds can be involved, too.

Safety concern: the poolside pole dance lessons. Just teach moves and spins that can be done on the ground. (The staff was trying to get people who had never even held a pole to climb it. These women were wearing sunscreen. So, now you had slippery women trying to climb a slick pole with nothing but concrete underneath. Someone is going to get hurt if they haven't already.)

Chair dance and lap dance classes would be a nice addition. It would also be fun to have a striptease workshop, but I think most of us would only do something like that if it were in a more private place, like Nice Shoes during the day, rather than by the pool with a bunch of strangers watching.

Things that almost drove us to Grand Oasis Viva instead of Temptation: hot tubs, the off-site party at a club, the completely dark restaurant (yeah, they never delivered...but it would be great if you took the ideas and made them happen!)

 

Fetish night, lingerie night, or room parties...............it all depends on who is there!

 

I think doing each daily activity more than once a week would be great! You don't dare leave for a minute or you'll miss it altogether.

 

Most entertaining was the drink making challenge(?) I dont know if that's what it was called but it was where maybe 3 ppl went up and tried to make the best drink. I would never participate but it was entertaining to say the least!
