Where do you see yourself in 5 years.... Name an achievment you have obtained from a previous job... Name something you would say is one of your bad faults.....
a. eating pizza in cancun b. ate a lot of pizza c. not taking apple out on my date in cancun seriously though, what is a good answer when they ask why do you want to work for their company
Why do you wanna work for their company? You see it as a great chance to further your education, and pick up some new skills in a field you are eager to enter.
As an employer, what I would like to hear is that from everything you know about the comapny you feel it is a good fit for you and you can contribute to the continuing growth of the company. You look forward to growing with them and being a team player while at the same time expanding your own role within the company.
The answer is different depending on the industry, company, and person interviewing you. Interviewing is more of an act than an actual depiction of a candidate's qualifications and ambitions, which is unfortunate. People go into an interview with what they think the interviewer wants to hear, and of course their skillset and resume. Study the company. Study yourself. You need to know as much as possible on those two fronts, because you need to answer questions on the fly, comfortably and confidently. If you want to work for that company because they have a great executive training program and that is your goal, then say it. If you are excited about the opportunity to enhance the company's ability to market deep dish pizza, then say it. But make sure you study every aspect of your own resume as much as anything, because that's what got you in the door.
i'm serious bear! i love kids.. and eventually, everyone needs to think about taken life to the next step.
