Where do you tell Friends and Family you are going?

We tell work people that it's called BBG just out of respect. However, our adult kids know where we are and have seen several photos of several contests that we won! This year were more open infact one of my coworkers is coming for the first time! We are bringing our best friends for their first trip as well, Dan & Mindy! Can't even wait to see everyone again! Just do what makes you personally comfortable!

 

I tell them Aventura Palace only because we have been there before...

 

You tell them your doing this Apple Vacation square deal thing where you find out at the airport when your leaving what hotel you are staying at. Then when you get home you tell them you ended up at this place called Temptaions. That you wouldnt have dreamed of booking it but it was really fun.

Our kids (all adults) know where we are and have seen some of the pics and heard all of the stories...they know us and just roll their eyes :roll: and shake their heads in despair of their parents ever growing up...most of the time!

Scott tells everyone, except his elderly relatives, the name of the resort and he usually adds in a few juicy stories to those who will listen!!!

For me, it all depends who's asking...I usually just say "Cancun" and leave it at that...it's just easier and the only people that need to know where we are, know it.

 

Temptations Spa and Resort.....it is not like going to Hedo or anything...if anyone asks I tell them it is adult fun....nothing all that off color....and since the topless part is most beaches and resorts outside the states no need to say anything there.

 

We told everyone that we wer going to an adult only resort with a europene ( bad spelling lol ) pool.
They get it and besides its only the twins , most women have a set and we've all seen some before.

 

Unfortuantely for me my job requires I provide not only the loacation where I'll be but I had provide my itinary.

 

I personally hate the new name.....I hate telling people i am going to Temptations. Never cared about the bluebay getaway name. It's not a swinger joint but we have family who think we are cause of that name and reputation. All well let them think it.........we are all adults and well i am quite honest that i do go topless.

 

Tell 'em you're going to Hedonism & when they find out you went to TTR it wont be that big of a deal.
