Re: Flight Long story... Been there before, (BBG) it was mixed in age, food was great, location was decent, had no issues. Several of the guys have been to OASIS before and the food nearly killed them. Between the food, conditions of the rooms, prices at the time of booking and the average age of my group being 28, a few us agreed on BBG. I'm not trashing OASIS, but I wanted to cater to as many people in my group as possible. That being said, There's day pass options, for the guys in my group who want to be champs. PS, I forgot to mention, there's apparently different flight plans that can shave time off your flight.
it's all good champ... they just don't look as kindly toward spring breakers...but since you guys aren't as young, you'll probably have a helluva time there. I'd be happy to stay at ANY hotel in march..lol
The reason probably has to do with Daylight Savings Time. The US (and Canada too) have changed that date we set set our clocks back. Mexico has not. The result is that while Mexico is normally 1 hour behind the eastern part of the US (and where you are Suzanne) they will be 2 hours behind from March 11 through April 1st. So it may look like your flight ties are shorter but they're really the same.
So karen it says I depart at 620am and arrive at 820 am...So is that taking into account the two hours. Cause our flight is usually closer to 4 hours.. Weird. So they are 2 hours behind not one..
but only until April. then it will be one hour again. now you must pack for one more hour of flight time.
