Ha! If it was the last day I was there, I'd be OK with that idea. Also - it's Valentines Day. I'm not out to interrupt that. And "single" is a relative term. I am going solo, but I'm not single and free for too many things
Thanks for the ideas. I need a vacation to deal with dealing with my vacation! I just woke up and realized I'm leaving TOMORROW. I'm having to re-schedule my waxing appt, my nail appt, and I haven't packed a single thing. Nothing. Seriously - like, nothing. I don't even have a list yet. This is what Friday/Saturday were supposed to be for!
It could be worse! If your area gets a ton of snow over the weekend again and you are still there the waxing and nails places will be closed anyway, and you you still won't be in Mexico! At least you're going to escape first. You can always tidy up when you get there. As for the packing, the sum off all your bikini bottoms should fit in a bubba mug, and you won't need the tops!
Pull up map of the TRR strip, there must be one of the nearby hotels with a room.. and we feel your pain, we always fly out of bos and have purchased insurance for past 2 FEB vacations, skipped it this year for our mid-march trip. have fun!
The bars stay open late sit at one till 4am then go to TTR and see if you can get a early check in or stay in the little lounge next to the main door till they let you.
There are many options for one night stay in Cancun I am sure if you do little research you can find something cheap and fairly close to TTR.
It's been pretty hard to find a place - with it being Valentines, many places are booked or expensive. I'm just a school teacher! I already had to fork out for an extra flight and food for a couple days! I have someone from CCC that has an extra room booked at a sold out place - so I will likely be going with that. Option two is to check my bags, buy a day pass, party all night in the city and spend a couple days recovering Waxing appointment has been switched to tonight - I'm racing home to drop off laundry. I have a ride to the airport tomorrow. This is all coming together! This is the first time we're doing two trips within 6 months. Much easier to handle than a whole year! It'll definitely be painful for you guys to wait until October.
