What's your top thing to do at ttr?

There are some awesome tips here but I think one of the best things you can do the first day or so is go up to people and say Hi, even if it's way out of your comfort zone (I make helpful suggestions to Ali as she's more open lol). I've seen a few people in the pool that have the orange wrist bands, or they've dressed according to the CCC themes at night and don't interact and appear to be looking on. CCC people tend to be very friendly but you have to sometimes make that first move to be included. It's tough when you show up and 30 people are coming up to say hi to remember that we didn't always know anyone and it's sometimes intimidating trying to work into those big groups of friends who look like (and probably have) they've known each other for years.

Put yourself out there, come say hi, most people won't bite, well not on the first date anyway lol

we were behind the Steak and seafood place,, but clear line of site into restaurant,, they posted a security guard outside our balcony ,, no sense of humor .

 

thank you for the list Jen-Eric. I was thinking of doing a checked bag since a travel sunscreen won't last me for the week. Where do you recommend getting sunscreen and bottled water in Cancun?

 

water is in your room every day.


sunscreen , bring your own , like over 20$ at resort store ,, or go to Walmart.

or find out who,s leaving and buy them a beer .


avoid the girl selling sunscreen , way over priced

We were in the 5100 building. Just a clear shot at the outside hallway of the 3000 building lol.

 

Thanks for all the great suggestion and assistance...I definitely have a few more things to add to the fun list.

 

It's fully functional but kind of ugly and there is a large area of skin that has no sense of feeling.

 

You can take a ferryboat shuttle to Isla Morales and spend a few hours there, shop around and enjoy nice restaurants. You can rent a scooter or golfcart and visit the entire island. Then, you go back at the resort to enjoy the view in the sexy pool - end day !

 

The 2-4 am skinny dipping and shenanigans in the sports pool is hard to beat.
