have they been canceling elementary school in Winnipeg? in Brandon it's optional for kids to go because they bus won't go when it's past -35.
yap, its optional because the school buses wont start here either. i dont like the upcoming forcast for canny-c, says there is lots of rain coming .. o well, better than i blizzard i guess :-|
