I guess if you feel awkward or lacking that confidence I would say go for it. I think fake boobs can be great so long as the upgrades match your body frame. Other big turn off for yourself can be is if you have a bad boob job where you get visible scars so make sure you dont go to the bargin bin so to speak!
Totally agree, my scars went after a year and they don't look like I'm going to fall forward (dam lol) x It's worth paying more and being happy x
