Hhhmmm...I never gain weight while at TTR and I do not work out, officially, anyway. I dance my a$$ off, eat more fresh fruits and veggies than I ever do at home and relax in the sun.

It works for me. Can't wait...three more days!!

Expect that the food will give you a feeling of satisfaction 20 minutes after your first bite. I like the food personally most of the time.

Not sure about TTR, but our daughter has celiac and we spend several weekends a year in Puerto Peñasco. We've never had a problem south of the border. Gluten tends to be less of an issue there than here where it is hidden in everything.

Hope you don't have an allergy to egg shell...they include plenty in their omelets...

Yeah I lose weight at TTR too. I eat less, more fresh fruit and veg (to balance out all the booze), plenty of water and I swim every day in the pool (I actually swim, not just stand with a bubba!). Majority of my drinks are sugar free (except the wine and beer!), and I don't particularly like the desserts they serve.

I'm so wrapped up in the party (or drunk) kinda forget to eat some meals as well!
