we also planned on bringing so ping pong balls for beer pong if anyone was interested. and some card and a set of dominos.
Terry, beer pong is generally played in teams. Cups are set up at both ends of a table, maybe 6 cups or so. The pong balls are thrown into cups opposite your team and the opposing team has to drink the beer in the cup in which the ball lands. The game is won by eliminating all the other teams cups first.
Night Life Other then a DJ at Shoes a couple of nights, there is no night life at the resort after 10pm. I assume they want us to spend the extra $$ to take the bus to the clubs. :-o I loved Coco Bongos, don't miss that one! We did the Party Hoppers one night and had a blast. We also did the booze cruide from the club one night, very nice boat ride, good food at Carlos N Charlies... and the whipped cream body shots were.... WOW! Plan on heading out at night, but the Cancun night clubs are well worth it. It's easy enough to get the bus ito the strip from across the street.
Ok, update on the beer pong. I don't think it's going to happen. We all decided to play an early match to get ready for Cancun. It was the longest game ever! We eventually gave up and moved on to tippy cup. Far more drinking involved. Tippy cup is the way to go for sure.
whys that? you guys could not make the ball in the cup? Try a smaller table so you are closer to the cups. and you dont just get to drink the beer in the cup you can drink anytime its just a game you can play for something to do. as people get drunk usually they cant ever make the ping pong in the cup and depending on how big the cups are help. we usually use the 16oz cups and use 10 cups. 4 in back to 1 in the front of a triangle.
