Maybe they plan not to have much nightlife after 10:30 so Ali can take off her "heels"! I can just imagine Ali dancing away in her "heels" during the booze cruise with Des trying to be just as tall. I completely agree about the outdoor grill. They could likely set something up just outside the buffet restaurant on the sexy pool side just for burgers, sausages, chicken, etc. However, we were extremely happy with the food the entire week. It was great meeting you guys, I'm just sorry that we weren't able to spend more time together. We arrived too early or you arrived too late
Yes, I've never heard Chinos is banned. That would seem strange considering he is now working for the same owners at Desire/Temptation in Cabo.
I think that post just meant that Chinos will permanently be at the new resort, not actually that he was banned! Thats my take on it ... Cheers Bern
When I was there in Aug they where working on the beach, with a sign saying and with pictures"beach grill coming soon "or something like that who know when they might complete it, but it is in the works. Terry
dancing There was music in Nice shoes bar until 1:00 am on two occasions when we were there in January. It was fun with with 10 or 15 cpls dancing and getting crazy in the cages. This was an improvement over the last several trips.

I'm going to take a tip from others this year and bring my ipod and speakers. Thinking we might also bring some stuff for drinking games. Davp22 wants to bring ping pong balls...he says they're for beer pong, we'll see. Not sure if the hotel will let us but if we can get 10 or so people we could get a pretty good match of tippy cup going.
