The more people who come out of the closet if you will for whatever their interests guide them provides room for others to do the same and outsiders to see more than just a boogieman caricature. It helps open up more, better opportunities instead of being stuck with just a few of the most out there options. The issue is much bigger than merely personal interactions. It has always taken some balls to help break the orthodoxy of the day, but the world is better for it. Race, religion (especially lack thereof thankfully), sexuality, etc. We prefer to be true to ourselves and part of the solution, but to each their own. We recognize some people are less secure in their jobs and relationships. That doesn't mean we go wearing controversial things on our sleeves, but ignorant statements will get a rebuttal lest people assume us to be aligned with them.

We said the Riu. Then, we registered our trip with the U.S. Embassy in case anything happened to us at least our families would know where we went. Then, we went to TTR and had a great fucking time!!
Friends & family know exactly where we go. It’s our lives and we live em’ They dont approve or like it, too bad.
We have a “timeshare” in Cancun. Well, we do like to share out time with all the other TTR peeps!! Actually, mainly my wife is in the stage of her life where she is out of “give a fucks”. Meaning if others want to judge us by wear we vacation or whom we hang with let them. We no longer give a fuck!
Our friends definitely know where we vacation...family and coworkers just know we go to Cancun. We always have a specific hotel name to give to the nosy friends and family when needed.
