I'm a research chemist and my wife is an elementary/middle school teacher.

With all the teachers on here I'm surprised it's not busier during the summer months. I know for our state teachers only get 3 days off, so vacations have to be during the summer or breaks.

 

I hate traveling during the summer... Too hot, too crowded, more expensive, hurricanes, etc., so we usually take our vacations during Christmas break. After doing the "Disney family trip" this past Christmas, we opted for the adult-only atmosphere that obviously only TTR can provide! This year we get a week off for Mardi GRAS in February, so we decided to head to Cancun then!

 

During the day I am the GM of an Auto Spa (Wash, Detail, Sevice Shop).



Then I moonlight as Duffman.

 

Heather is a cosmetologist and I am a real estate broker and writer who just published my first book and am just finishing the second. Also about to start grad school in psychology.

 

I am an accountant and Scott is a pharmacology technician.
