dont think it matters as spring break is ending now, but there will be people still there in april, mostly high school spring breakers but there will be people!! Dates dont matter in april, anything will work!! have fun!
April is high school spring break so make sure to ask for id before hooking up with any chica. They don't use condoms in mexican jails.
