Club 77, La Taberna, Los Arcos, El Asador (3X1), La Farola,....most places have 2X1 and at places that don't, beer usually costs from 18 t0 25 pesos apiece.

Pretty much anywhere dowtown has 2x1. I go to Tony's a lot. 2 pool tables, decent bar food and the air cond. works. Club Sandwich Cafe (stupid name) now has $1 beers from open till close. The place is closed on Monday. On Av. Tulum on the part close to bus station, like 2 blocks from there.
