A lot of gas stations sell them ,, their in a little vial, not very big, 2 inches high. True the have no caffiene but they have tons of B vit. like 2000% of b6 and 8333% of b12.
Also contains Taurine which helps against De-hydration and a bunch of other stuff.......... .

''Taurine is an amino acid that supports neurological development and helps regulate the level of water and mineral salts in the blood. Taurine is also thought to have antioxidant properties.
Taurine is found naturally in meat, fish and breast milk, and it's commonly available as a dietary supplement. Some studies suggest that taurine supplementation may improve athletic performance, which may explain why taurine is used in many energy drinks. Other studies suggest that taurine combined with caffeine improves mental performance, although this finding remains controversial.''

You can also buy the 5 hour energy extra strength in every corner store and garage. What I have found with these is that they work best when you need them the most. If you take them when you're starting to slow down or almost down and out, you can recover quite well or just keep going. Taking them when you are already geared may not produce noticeable results.

That being said, we'll be bringing a case with us.

We brought a 16 pack of 5 Hour Energy. Bonus is they're small and light for packing. It's pretty effective at reviving you when you're starting to feel tired.

I've always preferred RockStar energy shots (they come in little black cylinders). They're way more powerful than 5-Hour, but they definitely have a TON of caffeine so they can be detrimental to your sleeping patterns. They're sugar free though -- for anyone who cares about such things.

In Canada, you can get them (and 5-Hour) at any Mac's Store, 7-11, PetroCanada, etc...
