Heck on the trip my food and drink is already paid for so I know I will put on a few pounds while I am there. Unless I sweat it off. LOL.
just got back on Friday, had TGI Fridays (big fat burger) at the airport, then a crappy stringy chicken and leak in-flight meal, followed by a danish and fruit for breakfast (also in-flight) got to Glasgow bus station and killed some time with a BK (XL bacon double cheeseburger, supersize ;-) ) and only put on 3ks after a fortnight of BBG !! well impressed, thought it wlda been at least a stone, oh had fajitas at Carlos and Charlies on the Wed night too hehe. Seeing as this is a weather post, we had about 7 days of fairly crappy (one of them rained allllllll day) weather, and 7 days of glorious sunshine, bonus of the bad weather is it brought some good wind so was perfect for sailing! Hey Ana, any updates? Undergroundweather.com Says that Saturday is 50% chance of Thunderstorms, Sunday 90% and Monday 60%. Gosh I would like to see the Sun a few days of my holiday.
Weather today was boiling hot - no rain at all. Remember at this time of year rain is common but usually it is only a few minutes, instead of a whole days downpour. When the weather forcast says there is a 90% chance of rain it doesnt mean it will wipe the whole day out..... although now and again it will.

We are having great hot weather, weak wind from the NE, Sun shinning, no clouds and ocean very friendly and in calm, high humidity.
