Emily Damage Hi Steve and everyone, This is my first post on the board. Glad to hear that there were no major problems in Cancun from Emily and I hope everyone there is safe. Has anyone any news about further down the coast? We are coming to the Copacabana resort in September and I've already heard that their roof is gone.......ooops. This will be our first trip to Mexico. Hopefully things will be getting back to normal by the time we arrive We went to Florida last year and yes we did have a brush with Ivan. Is it me or are these hurricanes following me????? :lol:

It may be a bit soon for that. I'm sure Steve, Mike L. or Ana will be by and say something, but 8-9 days from now is tough to say even here in Texas. You never know when the next tropical disturbance might brew up...or it might not at all. Couple more days from now will provide a better picture...

Today weather was sunny with some wind from the north east and ocean looks like dancing a rock'n roll, humidity is high ande temp at noon was 95°. September is a warm month, with some chance of tropical weather and lovely nightds with fresh air.
Thanks Ana! The cooler nights will be nice, I know last August it was really hot when we went and somewhat uncomfortable at night.
