My normal trips to Cancun and Isla are the 2nd or at the latest 3rd week of January and have always found the weather to be just about perfect, though 2007 was mostly overcast. This year I'm going down on Feb. 21st. Can I expect the weather to be about the same? If it's too hot and the air isn't moving I have difficulty breathing so am hoping for the weather I'm used to having down there.
I would expect the weather to be a bit warmer, but I've noticed that the hotel rates seem to always jump higher the first of February, so I always shoot for the last half of January.

Thanks for the info. Sounds like it shouldn't be too different than what I'm used to when there in January AND if the humidity is too much for me there's always the bar with air conditioning! Sergio makes the BEST bloody mary ever and there are two 2 hour Happy Hours a day where it's 2 for 1 drinks. One way or another I'll be happy as can be! Wish I were leaving this coming Saturday! Am extremely anxious to get down there this year.
