For years we have noticed many of the same staff, especially behind the bars. Always friendly, always accommodating. Leads me to believe it must be a good company to work for? I'd imagine pay is minimal and tips are the major source of income, but things must be good if people stay. Does anyone have any insight into how staff are treated?
