Have you been to Cancun before ? ( sorry, carnt be arsed to trawl through all your posts ) and if so did all these so called " friends " book on the back of your hype upon your return without realising either the financial impact or time required comitment. Booking hollidays with mates has taught me two things. No 1. If your rebooking after a trip of a life time and you've told all your mates in the pub / club/ school / team or bar about how good a place is then ok, tell them their fine to join in but ... JUST GIVE THEM THE DATES, DESTINATIONS, HOTEL DETAILS AND LET THEM BOOK FOR THEMSELVES. If you could afford it on your own or with your best mate the first time round then you'll be able to do it again.... Dont rely on others to f*ck up your return to a good vacation by others making hollow promices of helping you recreate the holiday of a lifetime, but cheaper. No2. Dont get so Psycotically drunk with your mates on a trip to an island just off of the Spanish coast that you wake up on a mountain underneath the giant effergy ( sp ) of a bull days later and it costs you want amounts to the national Vodka spend of the of USSR per annum to get a cab back to the resort.  I hope I've been of help    Ian
Yes my best friend and I have been 3 other times before. We were trying to share this with people who have never gone. We explained the cost and everything, but now they are saying other things came up. Luckily we won't have any group changing fees until september. By then I hope everyone attached are going for sure. Ian- Thanks for the words of wisdom. I'm sure they will help me in the future
We lost one last year. The guy couldnt sacrafice shitty nights out in Rotherham to get in Cancun so ended up poor. People are always too quick to say theyll go somewhere and then pull.
