How many people get Brazilian waxes before going on vacation? I've never had one before, but am considering it.

It hurts like holy hell but imho soooo worth not having to shave while you're there - especially while drunk or hung over lol!!

The Venus Breeze is really good. I tried it and found it to be better than other razors.

There is something else though that a lady on a cruise message forum told me about...

    Magic Powder

This stuff is also in the shaving section. It is typically used by black men for their beards. Apparently, black men get ingrown hairs frequently when shaving in a traditional manner. This stuff is cheap and effective.

You mix it with water, spread it on, wait a few minutes and then use a shower scrubby to wash off the hair.

I can't take the pain of waxing but I am kind of a baby...

I've used the magic powder. I Like it but - it's quite messy and you still have to shave (it doesn't get everything), it is better than shaving but not by much, smoother the first day, like you recently shaved the next, and pretty much the same after that. Plus, if you have extremely sensitive skin - I don't - it might burn (though it's much less toxic than Nair lol!).

I always wax before i come away. I try to book with my own waxist the day before i travel and then i dont have to worry for the remainder of the trip. (That said i always take a small roll on and a pair of tweezers just in case) As for the pain, i was a big baby when I first started waxing but it hurts less the more you do it.
