Anyone have a waterproof cam case they use at TTR? Esther and I both are bringing our cameras this time around (Kodak C913 for both of us) and I'd like to get a decent, waterproof case to keep 'em in while at the party pool. Any suggestions?

We got one off Ebay... it was pretty good. Our last trip we used it and infact it was a joke around the pool. We'd get drunk and our camera was left floating around a lot. But.. the great bunch at Tempations always made sure Mrs. Prick got it back!!! (Rick's name was nicely changed to Prick during our last stay and I was dubbed Mrs. Prick"

I used one from Canon that is specific to their cameras. It does a great job, but they are pricey....I think mine was around $100, but it does a great job and there are no issues. I've used it a lot and took it snorkeling in Hawaii this summer as well as using it over the last several years. No problems with leaks and the pics are still excellent quality. It is tough to use the screen when taking pictures though. You may end up with kind of a shotgun approach of taking a ton of pics to have just a few worth keeping.

Like "Twinimini," I also have one that is specifically designed for my Cannon PowerShot camera...purchased it direct from Canon online for around $150. It's great...it lets me do anything except change batteries underwater. I've had it scuba diving as deep as 100 feet and have used it for literally thousands of scuba photos over the years (not to mention many swimming pool and beach photos). It did, however, leak slightly once and caused my camera to malfunction, but Canon not only paid for the camera repairs, but replaced the case, too!
