Here is the latest email from Premier

Despite the many attempts to get in touch with you, you still have not return any of my calls or e-mails, is very important for you to contact me before the end of the month to bring your account up to date.

I must remind you that you are in violation of your contract, you signed a binding contract and on clauses third and fourth you agreed to pay 60 equal and sequential monthly installments but as of today your membership remains behind on 2 payments for the amount of US$847.32, furthermore, you signed a promissory note to cover the balance financed of US$19,083.91 and it states that in the event the membership shows delayed monthly payments you authorize us to charge against the credit or debit card used to pay the down payment all the corresponding delayed payments.

I also want to inform you that in order to use your membership, first you need to cover the delay fees. If you got behind on the payments for a reason please let me know and we can work some payment options. I recommend you to contact me as soon as possible either by e-mail or phone to make the corresponding payment of your membership with a Visa or a Master Card, the information that I will need for the charge is the credit or debit card number, expiration date and security code (last 3 numbers at the back of the credit card).

Remember that if you keep getting behind on your payments your account will be assigned to a collections agency and you will be reported to the credit bureau.

So to be blunt, the only ones to be held to the contract as signed are the members. :roll:

 

Looks like Premier only askes members to adhere to the contract and not themselves. I think they know what all of us already know. The PROFECO process is flawed and they can not be forced into adhearing to the contract. The legal system in Mexico isnt the greatest and most members wont waste there time filing a lawsuit if Premier doesnt adhear to the contract.

 

Indeed Mike..........it isn't much but they get a bit of the taste of their own medicine.

The way I look at it is they forced my hand to handle it this way, THEY gave me no choice!!

 

I hate the fact that we paid upfront. If we had financed this there is no way I would contiune paying. Were stuck right now until PROFECO comes back with infromation on our 14 complaints. Maye, just maybe we will get some kind of satisfaction. I'll hold my breath and let you know how we do. LOL

 

We haven't paid on ours for quite some time now . We argued with them almost weekly in the beginning not getting anywhere . Then in Sept.08 we went there and talked with them several times not getting anywhere . They don't think they should help you just because you're a customer . They instead think you should pay them thousands more to change the contract again . They called today . The lady with a clear spanish accent said she would like to talk to me about my property at Temp. Resort . I said I don't own any property at Temp. Resort . She said with a Northern American accent "ok then you have a good day" . She must have been from North Mexico :lol:

 

Hey Roy, was this lady from Resort Management?? I just got a call from someone named Miss McDuffie, she said that Premier was getting ready to put a lein on my wages at my work......

hummm, wonder how they know where I work?? they said I have no choice but to pay the remainder of my contract. She said she was from Mobile Alabama. she gave me a phone number also.....I think I will go google this company??

 

scar tactics! thats all they have. They would need to know your social security number in order to track down an employer. Since they do not require a SS number to buy the membership they are SOL. As the ecomomy gets worse in the United States it can only get worse for Mexico. They are hurting for cash and will go to great lengths to get there money. Karmas a bitch. They have screwed members time and time again. Its about time they get a taste of there own medicine.

I have been getting calls from a place called RCI MTG. This is not affliated with RCI in any way shape or form. DO NOT sign any papers with this company. They are a timeshare reseller, rental agencey. They are using deceptive practices to get people to sign up and use there service.

 

thanks Mike, I looked them up....it is some kind of collection place for timeshare people.

I told them not to call me anymore!! not that it will make a difference, but I guess I could say it anyway. This lady was not very nice, I told her I was not going to pay until Premier gave me what they sold me in the contract, and she started telling me that I have a binding contract and they will go to what lengths they have to to collect the amount owed....sheezzzz for real had I know it would get like this I would have paid the remaining 1000....whhheeewww!!

 

Now I am getting calls from people wanting to know if I will sell weeks or the whole contract. Four calls in the last two weeks from companies who know my name and that it is a Temptations contract. I wonder who is giving out the info?
