I agree with you guys about using the your points to go else where, that's what we have desided also, although we will still return to Temptation at least once a year. The resort sets the AI fees not premier(( 2 different companies) if enough people complain( the resort wants us there) they may, at least not increase it, or may even lower it.. Just Got Back

I met with them on last Friday and spent 2 hours going around and around about the new program and all that. The bottom line came down to that they wanted more money and I did not want to pay them any more than what I already paid them. It may have turned out differently if I had still owed them money, but ours is paid for. I refuse to pay them another dime and then it all hinges on renting out your weeks and making Referrals and getting people to buy. First of all I will not dare convince my family or friends to buy something that I am not happy with and secondly I have not been able to rent out my other two weeks since people can go there cheaper on there own through a travel agency than getting it from me after they pay for the airfare and the all inclusive that is at $90.00 per night per person. If anyone has had any luck renting out there weeks please give me some ideas because this is the only way that it is going to be beneficial for us is if we can rent out our 3 weeks and then we use that money to go there through a travel agency for next to nothing. I am not happy and I am going to attempt to post on every website I can find to watch out for the sells tactics that are used there. I really feel like printing a bunch of flyers up and going down and spending a week handing them out to everyone that I see and crush there sales for a week. I am sure they will find a reason to kick me out or get me arrested since they are all in it together. Good luck in your endeavors because mine ended horribly.

I couldn't ever see giving them more money after what the did to so many members. They can go and change it two years down the road on you and your screwed again. Which is almost a sure bet as things have changed so often that they can't keep it all straight and there the ones coming up with this crap.

 

You dont even have to wait 2 years, all those free AI weeks people bought are based on the same scam as the rental weeks where, when the fund they are puting money into to pay for AI is gone the free weeks are gone. Terry

We aready heard your story from tons of people, that is why we decided not to even waste our time talking to them in May. But I did burn them(put down the time share) as ofen as I could! Wish I had made cards to just lay around for others to see!! You may have done better if you yelled and screamed in the sales office while the tours where going on Terry

 

This just started at the beginning of June but Premier is calling sometimes three times a day and emailing looking for a payment. If only they were so interested in addessing the concerns of their members.

 

It is sad to see this happen to such good people. Sometimes good people are to trusting in the word of mouth.

In Texas, I still believe in "the good ole boy" & Your word is good enough for me. I have only been burnt by one friend and no business associates.

I would not trust anyone in TTR by that standard. Yet, I can get to the people in Texas and make their life hell.

Like i said, they have abused and lied to good friends like these.

Thanks Don, give Pam a hug for me, Handyman they are really hurting for money, thats why all the calls, ( we are cutting in to Bert's life style)just block their calls. We did book a week at Disney for Christmas and used up about 71,000 of all those points, about another 100 trips there and we will have used up all our points, LOL . Terry

You are very welcome. I have never met such good people and to see that they are taking advantage of these people really hurts me.

Yes, at one time I had thought about joining in, yet I never took the tour. I was on vacation and we always sleep in. When we wake we just want to eat breakfast and enjoy. Not, go straight to drinking and bullshit meetings.

They all want a lot of money and I could not see the benefit unless we went several times a year. That is really not an option as it takes a lot of extra money to take vacations.

I took Pam to Ruidoso NM as she love it there as well, yet not like TTR and we spent about one half of the amount at TTR due to the fact that I have a friend that has a huge cabin there and I do a little work on it while there, just to be nice. Rent free, that is nice. Horse racing, gambling, shoping (Pam) it is different, yet if we put most of our money in TTR that would not happen.

So you have to look at the whole picture and put everything in perspective in what you want out of life.

Do you want to be screwed by premier and only get a little or enjoy other areas of life?

If they offered an iron clad contract, it might be a little different, yet they could just dissolve in today's times.

It is really tough on the average Joe today, just be very careful!
