WATCH OUT PREMIER MEMBERS

    IF WE GO BACK we will take advantage of everything we can. I will be sure to drink all the topshelf alcohol I can, eat the most expensive items, use the butler service assuming its still around, take there $100 gift and run like hell.

    Actually we came up with an idea to use about 500,000 RCI points per year jsut to screw over Premier. For each 20,000 points we use they have to give RCI weeks. If we use 500,000 a year that means Premier has to give RCI 25 weeks per year. RCI cant give away these weeks and sell them off at discount rates.

    Our plan, Book a week stay at area locations in the Pacific Northwest. Stay for 3 or 4 nights and then leave. Using RCI points to book our stays will still be cheaper then a hotel even if we check out early. Our average nightly stay on the Pacific coast runs about $150 a night. For $180 a week we can book through RCI and save.

    We burn through our points, we burn Premier in the process and we use all of our points in 8 years. Obviously we can spread it out over a longer period but you get the idea. Were also booking family and friends any time we can use points. The money is already spent so why not let others benefit from our bonehead mistake with this purchase.

    I emailed to the address you show. Nothing. We are being ignored repeatedly.

    We cant get any RCI points transfered either. They have cut off all communication with us.

    so i received a call from emcc inc looking for a 26k payment has anybody experienced this? where do they go from here? they are claiming that they will be reporting it to my credit ???? anybody help???

    they would need to know your social to report this. A name and address alone doenst get them anywhere.

    If you explain to EMCC of what happen here and how Premier devalued your contract chances are they'll go back to Premier and say we can't collect. I'd use the word "fraud" when talking about Premier with them.

    Tell them straight out you have no problem making your payments if Premier honors the contract you signed. They can't honor it so why would I pay is what I'd tell them. Like I said explain the point issue and they'll quickly realize that you got a damn good reason for not paying.

    We were sent a reply to our last email finally. Here is what is said:

    I hope this finds you well. In regards to your email below, we would like to
    reiterate what we stated on the last 2 emails sent to you on May 13th and
    May 20th, in which we informed you that in order to reach a mutual agreement
    the matter needs to be taken to PROFECO, which is the competent authority to
    resolve such issues.



    Were being blown off and Premier has no interest in resolving issues with members or upgrading members to the new contract.

    Now, we wait for PROFECO to get in touch with us about our 400+ page complaint. I doubt anything comes of it as they can not force Premier to do anything.
