I was there last week and didnt even use my membership, I got it cheaper somewhere else....pretty sad huh?? it is what I told alot of the people there. lots listened to me, and some didnt, doesnt matter to me. Just wanted to warn them. and hell if I would have know I wouldnt have gotten kicked out or got the girls that were with me in trouble I would have brought a megaphone and shouted it to all I saw walking on that stupid tour around the pool....

 

I did stop one couple from joining They where thinking about it while eating lunch, one of the girls came up to them with a new a better offer and as soon as she left I told them the truth, they didnt buy. I did also try to talk others that just bougth in to canceling not sure if they did. A lot of younger people here now so not sure if they will get alot of sales out of them. And 80% percent happy with premier, more lies, I have only talked to about 1% here that are happy with them!Terry

 

I am not sure where they come up the 80% from but I have yet to run across a happy member.

We were at Blue Bay in December. We spoke with several members and not one person was happy with the membership. We were there 10 days and we spoke with atleast 3 a day.

I dont really think Patty, Bert or Hugo really care if members are happy. They have our money and thats all they care about.

 

They have no Desire to make the members happy, and are strictly focused on doing whatever it takes to make an extra buck. They don't even care enough to bother to straighten out the absolute lies that the sales staff repeats to new guests each day.

 

I took their offer to come upstairs when I was there last week. They offer you options that sound good but really cost them nothing. Like more weeks they know you will never use. AI weeks that they don't have to let you use. They said if I gave them $2000 + $400 closing cost more they would cut the interest on the remaining balance of the loan to 0%, drop my payment $100 a month and save me $7800. Even with them trying to get me drunk and the damn music blaring so loud you had to yell to hear each other at the table I knew those numbers didn't add up. But they gave me $100 for my time.

 

Were you able to get many good punches in before taking the $100 :?: Are they still touting the RCI airfare program that has not worked for years? The noise in the room upstairs is awful, but the girls are sure cute.

 

We made our purchase at Desire Cabo and when we retruned to Blue Bay Club we were the only ones in the room talking with them. Im sure that was prearranged. no loud music and we didnt drink anything they offered.

As of today 6/9/09 NO ONE from Premier or the resorts will reply to us for any reason. We tried to get points transfered and nothing.

We proposed a way to upgrade our membership to the new plan...Nothing

We tried to settle our dispute...Nothing

Has anyone here been able to make contact with Premier?

 

They have been calling me every day since June 1st looking for my payment.

 

we paid off our membership in full when we purchased. Wish we would not have done that now.

 

We paid off our membership in the first 30 days...I freaking hear ya. Might take the offer to go upstairs this September but it will be for the top shelf booze and the $100. Then I will let them get me drunk so I can throw up all over the damn place, lol. Ok kidding on that one but I will take the money
