WATCH OUT PREMIER MEMBERS

Go over to the Moles forum & take the survey they sent me. There's a few questions where they actualy ask for details. I've taken it a few times already myself, for whatever good it'll do.

 

wow, I jsut found this thread. Looks like this site is seeing more members weigh in on the Premier subject then any other site. Thats great.

I have spent the last 3 or 4 weeks hounding Premier, Bert, Patty, Hugo and anyone else on my email list. I hope other members are bombarding Premier with all of there complaints as well.

Ive sent a 400+ page complaint to PROFECO. Unfortunitly it is being held in Houston right now and has been there a while. Not sure what the issue is and why its not there already but UPS is looking into the issue.

Email these people if you have issues.

you have a lot more restraint then I do. I would have confronted him face to face for sure. The scene would have been very loud for all to hear.

Shelley has a hot temper at times and would have certainly casued a scene if I didnt. She is so sick of the membership she wants nothing to do with it now. I handle it all.

the latest news about Points transfers is that Premier wont even responde to our request to transfer points. They have cut off all communication with us.

 

I saw him Terry, but to be honest with you, he just isnt worth my time...

they have burned so many bridges...I just quietly sat (well ok, maybe not so quiet sometimes) and burned them. I told as many people as that would listen to me, NOT to even THINK about going on that tour, told them what I thought about the plan and what had happened to alot of us here.

One guy just stood there looking at me and finally asked, how the hell do they get away with it, isn't there any laws??? I laughed and reminded him we were in Mexico...lol

I did actually stop a couple that had that goofy card in their hand and told them to deposit it in the garbage and go enjoy the morning at the pool instead....maybe Burt was looking for me??????

the resort wasnt very full, but they were still trying to take them on the "tours"

 

Needless to say Bert is a huge a$$hole! When I was there last month and attempting to work out a deal w/ Hugo, my wife & I came across him leaving for the day, walking out the front door to his $150,000 black Mercedes parked in the front of the hotel. I approached him and he told me that since I had filed my complaint with PROFECO and I was dealing with Hugo, he was not supposed to talk to me. I informed him about the crappy offer that I received from Hugo and he said that 80% of the members that got screwed by RCI switched to the new program and are very pleased with it. I told him that Hugo was offering me a few AI weeks but wanted to charge me a reservation fee that started at $193 for the first week all the way up to $400+ for the final week. He said that was BS and said that he would talk to Hugo and try to help me whatever way he could. He asked me for my contact information and swore that he would get back to me as quickly as he could. Never heard from him again even after emailing him several times since we got back home. I'm not usually a vindictive person... but leukemia is to good for him. He should be castrated... but then again you can't castrate someone that doesn't have balls in the first place. :rant:
