its a great site, full of great information, especially if your going to try and renegotiate your contract.

 

Infidel - the thing to watch with something like a Funjet package is making sure they break it down in the paperwork to the airfare and the cost of the hotel. Otherwise, it's hard to prove that you got the rooms cheaper than the Premier rate without them separated.

For a long time, Premier was implying that there was a "20% cheaper than" rate guarantee, but we're getting our hands on a Premier issued addendum that actually states it and we'll post it up on our site for everyone to print off and add to their paperwork.

PJsplay - your sentiments are exactly those of most people, and it's as if everyone's been sold something and told "well, it worked when I sold it to you...sorry it broke". There seems to be progress, though. Several angry members have been able to engage the hotel owners with dialogue with hopes of avoiding a lawsuit. Perhaps it's in vain, but at least it's a collective motion.

Me neither. They probably knew what I'd say about 'em & filled it out for me. Do ya think if they get enough negative responces they'll give us what we paid for?

 

I received the survey, and a follow up for completing the survey. I was very critical about the slow response times in the past, along with some other issues.
