    Thanks, agree with you 100 percent, I guess the Naked truth site has made this thread not as popular but it's important to keep it on top for all the newbies and repeaters . Terry

    I'm still here guys just waiting to see how this unfolds. I also got the email from clayton requesting that I put up at least $1000.00 US for any possible RCI legal fee's we might get stuck with but I dunno about that as I'm only out a little over $10,000.00 US right now & sure don't want to pay any more.

    Glad to see you back, loved you diving video in Thailand! I have not sent the form back to Clayton yet,not sure about what to do, wish he would state how solid his case is, I would feel alot better about it if he did. Terry

    Just my thoughts...

    Firstly, I havent seen a "modernized" plan from Clayton that weighs in the fact that Blue Bay members now have more Points allotted for Points Partners than other RCI members (which is still NOTHING compared to what was promised). He's working his contract based on parameters from last year, and as we all know, everything has changed. We've outlined what we all think would be a new "plan of attack" for the Class Action Suit on www.temptationnakedtruth.com - invited Clayton to interact, and waited for a response from him to no avail. All we're asking for is an up to date plan.

    Secondly, with over 200 members who have actively said they would like to participate in a Class Action suit, asking for even $1000 up front seems a little much. That's $200,000k in "contingency" legal costs. An average "good" attorney is $500 an hour. So... we're prepaying 400 hours of legal services? Ummmm..... doesnt make sense to me.

    Finally added a pic to my name. My wife and I will be arriving at the resort a week from today and will be in the sales office bright and early Friday morning attempting to renegotiate my piece of $hit contract with Premier. Other than that, looking forward to 10 days of sun 'n fun! Hope to meet any of the frequent posters from this thread that might be there between 4/16 & 4/26!

    Hey guys , haven't been on here in a while . I will have to say that signing a contract stating that we will pay lawyer fees has me a bit nervous . We all know that they are a bunch of crooks and they need to be stopped . Unfortunatly we aren't in a position to say that we would be able to come up with the money if needed . When we went up in Sept. to talk to them I asked for coffee , now mind you we had already eaten breakfast and had coffee in the restaurant , only problem Premiers coffee got me extremely drunk and we had to leave . We went back two more times and talked each time early in the morning and each time we took our own bottled water . They came up with a much better more expensive contract and of course all the while claiming to help us . My point is don't trust themDon't believe them They sent us a letter giving us permission to cancel our contract so we signed and sent it back . They started calling about two weeks later saying that they hadn't received the cancellation so we printed and signed another and sent it to them . They now call four or five times a day . We've had it with them . We still love the resort and the people though .

    hey Roy and Marie {{waving}}

    I sooo agree with you, I know lots of people on here are out alot more money than I invested and maybe renegotiating their contract is in thier best interest?? but I dont see it, if you have gone to the other website and read up on what people are getting it doesnt seem to wash, and you have to pay more?

    with the economy the way it is now I am in no way, shape, or form able to knowingly sign that contract with Clayton...I could not live up to my part if I had to pay another 1000 dollars, and agree with Terry about not knowing how strong his case is?? I am not an attorney either, but like the mole said, I certaintly would have welcomed a board that was full of like unhappy people to approach? so I dont get it.

    I am going to just chalk this up to a very, very bad decision on MY part as my husband reminds me all the time.

    Still love the resort and will go back as long as long as the wonderful people I have met still go. But its pretty sad when I can go to expedia, travelocity, or apple vacation and get a better rate than a member....

    Not even using my membership when we are going in May...got it cheaper somewhere else.

    I will miss you guys in May..hope all is good in your corner of the world

    We are going in May and using our membership but I have no Desire to try and renegotiate our contract, we made a mistake the first time but I will not make it again. Fortunately we didn't buy a big contract and we were able to use our points for air fare several times so we aren't out nearly as much as many of you are BUT they won't get any more. My money comes to hard to give it to these people for nothing. Like most of you, we love the resort so we will continue to go. Roy we will miss you guys but will certainly have a cold one for you!!

    Dont you guys give up, I dont care if you paid 1000 dollars or a 100,000, you are entittled to what you paid for, go to the Moles site and help flight againist this injustice ( know that sounds corny) You guys have have been some of the most vocal people from the start and the early in seeing what was happening, unlike me. Just don't want to see you give up. And good luck Shotman, I know you got the best amo to go into battle! Post how it turns out! Terry
