WATCH OUT PREMIER MEMBERS

I think everyone is around.

There all just waiting for this attorney to do something. Has the attorney mentioned anything on cost or anything? That seems to be the concern of most people. Three people don't want to sign up and then no one else does and there on the hook for 8K in legal bills if they lose the case.

I'm sure if Clayton Voegtle contact the naked truth web page they'd have no problem giving him a page that he could put his info up on and what the lawsuit is all about. To me that would be the easiest way to get people on board.

At least they got a lawsuit going and seems to be growing.

Gotta love these people who slap there face on products they have nothing to do with. Talk it all up and when the going gets tough they're all of sudden gone. Won't surprise me one bit if 25% of the money coming in went straight for paying for Trump's likeness to be used.

I am not giving up, still monitoring. What do you all think about the email from Clayton? I am not so sure, we want to go through with law suit.

I just don't think a class Action based only on Premier members being singled out in terms of a limit on Points Partners use can fly now that all RCI members have a restriction on Points Partners Use. The new restriction limits most RCI members to less that Premier members can use! NOW, if he were to rework the suit to include all RCI members because it is unfair to restrict how your total annual allotment of points is used AFTER you bought them. I think that would have a shot. There would also be many more people to spread any possible liability for the legal fees over. I know RCI members in general are not happy about this restriction. I am sure he could build a huge participation base over at TUGS!

 

that was the biggest reason I have not sent back the email to Clayton yet. I used my points for coming down there in May...and if I was looking at it correctly it says the rest of the RCI members can only use a percentage of their total points per year. and it was much less than the 60,000 cap they put on Premier members. I know the attorney told me last year that was the basis of the class action, that they could not single us out for a cap on points, at that time we were the only ones that were capped.....as it is now, if you look on the website for RCI all of the points holders are capped

Please, take a few mins out of your day to go The naked truth about Premier (link below)site and enlist in the email campain to PROFECO, trying to get as may people as possible to email today, Wed. Look for topic email assault under gernal banter and topics, there is a form letter there you can copy and paste just fill in the details. Took me about 5 mins, it's a first step anyway and just takes a few mins of your time. Terry
